Question about your bill //

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

After all necessary information is received by our office and the item has been shipped or delivered, we will file a claim to your primary and secondary insurance if applicable. When your insurance processes the claim, you should receive an explanation of Benefits from your insurance, and may receive an invoice if co pays, and Deductibles apply.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Once we file the claim to the insurance usual processing is approximately 14-30 days, however this can be longer depending on your insurance companies claim processing procedures. We do not bill you until all proper billing has been processed with your insurance and completed.

Why would I receive a bill?

If we are billing your insurance, most or all of the cost should be covered, however, coverage is contingent upon the plan provisions of your policy. Deductible, Co pay. and coinsurances may apply and will be billed accordingly.
